Season 1 Episode 1: Welcome to Chad’s Outside the Business Box Podcast!

Hi, I’m Chad Murray. I am a certified business coach and entrepreneur who still owns a high-functioning business. My company has 50 employees, locations in multiple states, runs millions of dollars– and best of all, I do not run the day-to-day operations. I am proud to say that I won the Professional Business Coaches Alliance’s “New Coach of the Year “ award in 2019. I intend to continue to grow my business, and look forward to working with more amazing business owners.

In this premiere episode of the podcast, I’ll be discussing my personal and business history. After years of running a successful chimney company, I shifted gears. I’ll dive into how I went from running a successful service business, to having a management team run my operations.I do not work anymore on day to day operations: I coach my management team.

This first season of the podcast will focus on the chimney industry, as well as home services. This podcast is ABSOLUTELY for anyone that owns a business- especially a home services or contracting business.

My next season will feature interviews with business coaches about all things business.
